Your data is stored on secure servers in the European Union (Germany). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties.
Chat messages and knowledge base documents are processed by AI models running on our own dedicated GPU infrastructure. Your data is not sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Google, etc.) unless you explicitly configure external model providers. AI-generated content is owned by you.
When visitors interact with your chat widget, we collect their messages and a session identifier. No personal data is collected unless the visitor voluntarily provides it during conversation. This data is accessible to you through your dashboard.
Your data is retained for the duration of your active subscription. Upon account deletion, all your data (businesses, knowledge base, conversations, images) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

We use browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your authentication token (JWT) and session preferences. We do not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or use analytics services that track users across sites. localStorage is used solely for essential functionality required to operate the service.
