RunAIBot provides AI-powered business automation tools including customer support chatbots, content generation, image generation, and analytics. The service is provided "as-is" with AI-generated outputs.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person or entity per account.
New accounts start on a free-forever plan with access to core features. You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock higher usage limits and premium features. No credit card is required to get started.
Plans are billed monthly. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if you are unsatisfied.
Each plan has usage limits (messages, images, businesses, documents). Usage resets monthly. Exceeding limits will temporarily restrict access to that feature until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.
AI-generated content (text, images, videos) is provided for your use. You own the outputs generated through your account. However, AI outputs may not always be accurate, appropriate, or error-free. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI outputs before use.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you upload. We process your data only to provide the service.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible. AI response quality depends on model capabilities and your knowledge base quality.
RunAIBot is not liable for: AI-generated content accuracy, business decisions made based on AI outputs, lost revenue due to service interruptions, or third-party integration failures. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
